A Retirement Revamp
Rula Roofing completed a 5500m2 roof replacement on a retirement village that overlooks the scenic Noordhoek Valley.
This project included a new timber roof structure installation, a new roof covering and side cladding to all four blocks.
Quality Roofing
We were appointed as the roofing contractor by MRGB Construction to complete this project.
The given time frame of completing the project within two months was achieved.
Diamondek Profile
All four apartment blocks were covered with Bluescope Steel’s Colorbond Az200 Granite Matt material in the Youngman Roofing Diamondek 407 profile.
