The shareholder/management team have a very hands on approach, each shareholder/manager will personally be involved in every project and will restrict himself to the number of projects he is involved in at any one time, to ensure he can give his full attention to each project. We believe this approach is what sets us apart from other companies, who simply delegate their work and responsibilities to working foreman, hardly ever visiting the site.

We pride ourselves in our high end quality of work, this is another aspect which we believe sets us apart from other contractors. Therefore the company employs their own staff. These staff members have been handpicked for their individual abilities and the pride they have in their work. They are all registered with the BIBC, and have all the necessary medical and training certificates in terms of Health and Safety requirements.
