Springlok Roof Covering
The old IBR roof was replaced with Youngman Roofing Springlok 700 concealed fixed roof covering in Constantia.
Increased Pitch
We increased the pitch of the existing structure from 1 degrees to 5 degrees in order to give it a bit more fall. There was also no apron flashing installed between the flat metal roof and the existing tiled roof.
