Rula Roofing completed a commercial roofing project for IPMT Consulting at the Sandown Crescent Complex in Milnerton for four months. The project included major repair work to their existing roofs.
Roofing Repairs
- All of the broken concrete elite tiles are being replaced.
- The existing ridges and hips were all replaced with a new dry ridge system, supplied by BMI overland.
- All of the existing Nutec barge boards were replaced. The waterproofing around the existing roofs were repaired.
